1. The pick up location is clearly stated and easy to locate
2. The guide can speak Chinese very well (to choose from Korean or Chinese speaking guide) which made the trip easy to communicate without misunderstanding or hassles since I can't speak korean
3. The snowyland activities (shredding or boat/donut rides) are suitable for kids to adults. However, if I m not wrong, they do not allow parent with kid below 24 months to join the activities for safety reason. I wasn't allow to participate in those activities carrying my 13 months baby in baby carrier. However, my husband and 5 years old enjoy to the max.
4. Pack some breakfast for easy consumption when the rest of the tour is busy at the ski equipment rental place as people/family not opting for ski can remains in the bus to wait
5. Bags can put in their locker at 1000won (credit card only) which make it convenient n affordable
